1. Introduction and Agreement

Welcome to Goat Auto System (goatautosystem.com). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you" or "User"), and the Goat Auto System administrators ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing our website, creating an account, or interacting with our smart contracts, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the platform and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Ecosystem Structure: The Main Web3 Project and Web2 Presale

The Goat Auto System operates as the official Web2 Pre-sale and Community Portal for the main decentralized Web3 project, MyBabyGoat (mybabygoat.com).

• The Relationship: MyBabyGoat is the core Web3 blockchain protocol. Goat Auto System (goatautosystem.com) is a Web2 interface built specifically to facilitate the early adoption, networking, and pre-sale distribution of tokens before the official Web3 public launch.
• Regulatory & Compliance Disclaimer: We are a decentralized cryptocurrency community initiative. We do not offer securities, financial derivatives, or traditional investment contracts. The presale operates as a community crowdfunding model for software and ecosystem development.

3. The Embryo Token (MBG): Utility Classification

All activities, allocations, and internal transactions within the Goat Auto System Web2 portal are executed using our native pre-sale token, the "Embryo Token" (MBG Token).

• Utility Token Status: The Embryo Token is strictly classified as a Utility Token. It serves as a digital receipt of your presale allocation and community participation. It is NOT a financial security, stock, or bond.
• Valuation: Any conversion rates or USDT valuations displayed on the Web2 platform are internal metrics intended for community structuring during the presale phase. They do not constitute a guaranteed public market price.
• Exchanges & Trading: The Embryo Token is for internal ecosystem use until the official MyBabyGoat deployment on Web3. We make no promises regarding future listings on Centralized Exchanges (CEX) or Decentralized Exchanges (DEX).

4. User Eligibility and KYC/AML

To participate in the Goat Auto System, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
• Ensure that your participation does not violate any applicable laws in your country, state, or province. We reserve the right to restrict access from specific jurisdictions facing regulatory embargoes or crypto bans.
• While we operate as a decentralized community, we reserve the right to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures at any time if required by emerging global regulations or for ecosystem security.

5. Account Security and Responsibilities

Your account security is your absolute responsibility.

• 2FA Requirement: We strongly urge the use of Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). We will not compensate for funds lost due to compromised passwords.
• Wallet Accuracy: Withdrawals are processed via blockchain networks (e.g., BEP-20). You are solely responsible for ensuring the destination wallet address is correct. Crypto transactions are irreversible, and we cannot recover funds sent to the wrong address.
• Prohibited Activities: You may not use bots, automated scripts, exploits, or multiple fake accounts (Sybil attacks) to manipulate the referral system or artificially inflate rewards. Any such activity will result in immediate permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all MBG Tokens.

6. Withdrawal Limits and Liquidity Protection

To ensure a healthy, sustainable ecosystem and prevent aggressive draining of presale liquidity, the following rules apply:

• Lifetime Quotas: Accounts are subject to a strict Lifetime Maximum Withdrawal Quota (e.g., 150,000 MBG). Once this quota is exhausted, you may no longer withdraw MBG tokens.
• Dynamic Adjustments: Minimum withdrawal amounts, maximum caps, and service/network fees are subject to change at any time without prior notice based on network congestion and presale stage requirements.
• Approval Process: Withdrawals may undergo manual or automated auditing to prevent fraud. The administration reserves the right to reject or delay withdrawals that trigger security flags.

7. Comprehensive Risk Disclosure

By interacting with the Goat Auto System, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• Market Volatility: Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. The perceived value of the Embryo Token or MyBabyGoat may drop to zero. You should only participate with funds you are entirely prepared to lose.
• Technical Risks: While we strive for security, blockchains, smart contracts, and web platforms are subject to hacking, bugs, server failures, and malicious exploits. We are not liable for token losses due to such unforeseen events.
• Regulatory Risks: The legal status of cryptocurrencies is uncertain in many jurisdictions. Future regulations may negatively impact the project's viability, deployment, or your ability to hold or transfer tokens.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site, its source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, graphics, and the branding (Goat Auto System & MyBabyGoat) are our proprietary property. You may not copy, reproduce, aggregate, or use them for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

In no event shall Goat Auto System, MyBabyGoat, its developers, founders, or community leaders be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the platform.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of the rights of a third party.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Effective Date" of these Terms. You waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.
