Public Offer Agreement

1. General Provisions and Regulatory Disclaimer

1.1. This document constitutes a formal Public Offer (Agreement) made by Goat Auto System (goatautosystem.com), acting as the official Web2 Presale Portal for the main Web3 decentralized project, MyBabyGoat (mybabygoat.com).

1.2. Regulatory Disclaimer: The Goat Auto System operates as a community crowdfunding and early adoption interface. The presale does not constitute an offer of financial securities, shares, or traditional investment contracts. All tokens involved are classified strictly as Utility Tokens.

1.3. By registering on the Platform, interacting with its interfaces, or depositing assets, the Participant (you) fully and unconditionally accepts the terms of this Public Offer.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Platform grants the Participant the right to access the Web2 presale interface, networking tools, and allocation system to acquire Embryo Tokens (MBG) before the official Web3 launch of MyBabyGoat.

2.2. The Participant agrees to use the Platform exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes related to the presale phase of the MyBabyGoat project.

2.3. The Embryo Token (MBG) is a digital cryptographic presale receipt and a Utility Token. It does not represent shares, bonds, securities, dividends, or any ownership rights in any legal entity.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Platform

3.1. The Platform undertakes to:

• Maintain the functionality of the website and accounting of MBG tokens in the Participant's internal balance.
• Ensure the security of the Participant's data, subject to standard internet security protocols.
• Process withdrawal requests in accordance with the established liquidity protocols and network limits.

3.2. The Platform has the right to:

• Suspend or terminate the Participant's account unilaterally in case of suspected fraud, exploitation, multi-accounting (Sybil attacks), or violation of this Agreement.
• Adjust internal conversion rates, network fees, and withdrawal quotas dynamically to ensure ecosystem sustainability during the presale phase.
• Conduct temporary maintenance works which may render the Platform inaccessible.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Participant

4.1. The Participant undertakes to:

• Provide accurate information during registration and keep account credentials strictly confidential.
• Refrain from any actions aimed at disrupting the Platform's operation, including using automated scripts, bots, or exploiting software vulnerabilities.
• Ensure that their participation in cryptocurrency presales complies with the legislation of their country of citizenship and residence.

4.2. The Participant has the right to:

• Participate in the community referral system and receive MBG rewards according to the Platform's marketing plan.
• Request withdrawals of MBG or its available equivalents, subject strictly to the active Lifetime Withdrawal Quotas (e.g., maximum 150,000 MBG limit) and service fees outlined in the dashboard.

5. Financial Terms, Vesting, and Refunds

5.1. The Participant acknowledges that all fiat or stablecoin (USDT) equivalents shown on the Platform are for internal accounting and community structural purposes only.

5.2. Strict No-Refund Policy: All contributions, deposits, or purchases made within the Goat Auto System for the acquisition of Embryo Tokens (MBG) or membership upgrades are final and strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

5.3. Vesting Schedule: The mechanics, release schedule, and specific conditions for the vesting (unlocking) of presale MBG tokens upon the official exchange listing of the MyBabyGoat coin will be determined and announced by the administration at a later date.

5.4. Discretionary Bonuses: Any bonuses, airdrops, or extra rewards accumulated within the platform during the presale phase are issued strictly at the sole discretion of the community leadership. The platform reserves the right to adjust, pause, or revoke such bonuses at any time.

5.5. Service Fees: The Platform will deduct processing and service fees from withdrawals to sustain operations and network costs. These fees are non-refundable.

6. Liability and Force Majeure

6.1. The Platform is not responsible for any financial losses, lost profits, or emotional distress resulting from the Participant's misunderstanding of the crypto presale mechanics, token volatility, or market conditions.

6.2. The Platform shall not be liable for the loss of the Participant's funds due to the Participant entering an incorrect BEP-20 withdrawal address or losing access to their Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).

6.3. Neither Party shall be liable for non-performance of obligations under this Agreement caused by Force Majeure circumstances, including but not limited to: natural disasters, global internet outages, severe blockchain network failures, or new prohibitive government regulations regarding cryptocurrencies.

7. Dispute Resolution and Final Provisions

7.1. All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the Participant and the Platform administration via official support channels.

7.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the Platform reserves the right to make the final binding decision based on internal audit logs and blockchain data.

7.3. The Platform reserves the right to amend this Public Offer Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform after amendments constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
